BREAKFAST

LUNCH

2 Slices of reduced-calorie bread
Sliced red pepper

   

 (2) - 97% Fat-free hot dogs (green)
 1 Light hot dog bun (green)
 Sauerkraut (free)
 1 Pickle (free)

   


 5 Slices fat-free bologna
 1 Slice fat-free cheese
 2 Slices reduced-calorie bread
 1 Pickle
 2 Pretzel rods 


SNACK

 

 1 Reduced-calorie granola bar
 1 Medium peach


 

 

 3 cups of 94% fat-free microwave popcorn

 1 Container of Danimals yogurt
 1 Apple

 

DINNER

 

2 oz chicken breast, cooked, no skin
1 cup stir fried vegetables, made with Pam
1cup whole wheat couscous

 

Chicken Quesadilla
1 whole-wheat tortilla
½ cup fat-free shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz pre-cooked grilled chicken strips
Salsa

 

  1 cup whole wheat spaghetti with marinara sauce
1/3 cup ground chicken meatballs
1 cup broccoli
